A public opinion and market research agency "Spinter research" was founded in 1996. At the moment the company is a member of an international research agencies’ network IRIS [International Research InstituteS].
Almost from the day of the establishment we cooperate in organizing researches in all three Baltic countries. Research models that we use can be successfully adapted in Estonia and Latvia.
Quality
All the researches are carried out in accordance with the international public opinion research association ESOMAR codes. "Spinter research" Ltd. is represented in this organization.
Interviewers’ work quality is examined in every research (sampling and fulfillment of surveys) by verifying 10% of each interviewer’s questionnaires and routes. In a case of irregularities those questionnaires are removed from the data set. Interviewers’ work quality helps to avoid accidental sampling errors. The quality of research performers’ work helps them to avoid random selection errors.
All questionnaires are checked twice: once when collected from the interviewers and examining their work; second time during and after data input. In this way wrong questionnaires that may have influence on survey results are avoided.
